SIM Cards... Ugh

If I have a Verizon SIM card, can I put it into any unlocked phone even if it isn't for Verizon (for example, the nexus 4 or optimus g)?

Accessible Games?

Hello,

I use VoiceOver on the iPhone. Does anyone know of any accessible games that would work with VoiceOver? There seem to be so many visual games, but not too many that are really accessible for those with disabilities, visual impairments, etc.
