Had tmo prepaid unlimited setup...when it showed 3g or H+ I got good speeds(via speedtests0).....sometimes 10 to 12. Switched to wal-mart family...uses tmo towers? Now it shows 3g/ H+....BUT......speeds are less than 1 down/ 2 up........ Is this normal for wally? Can I peak and tweak the Note II to get my old speeds back? Am I missing something simple?
