| How-to: Transfer Contacts from an iPhone to the ZTE Imperial Posted: 06 Mar 2014 03:51 AM PST Transferring Contacts Through iTunes: Using iTunes, one can sync contacts from an iPhone with a Google account. This method of transfer requires access to a computer with iTunes installed, and an active Internet connection. Synced contacts include their images, email addresses and any other information stored within the contact.
Using iCloud to Transfer Contacts: As long as you've used the iCloud service on your iPhone before, your contacts should be backed up on your iCloud account. The service offers the possibility of exporting these contacts in the form of a vCard file, that can then be imported on an Android device. For this approach you need a computer with Internet access.
Transferring Contacts through My Contacts Backup: You can still transfer your iPhone contacts even if you don't have access to a computer. This can be achieved with the help of applications, such as "My Contacts Backup". This iOS app allows you to backup and share your contacts via email.
Using Send Anywhere to Transfer Contacts: Send Anywhere is an application that allows you to transfer contacts from one phone to another using a P2P connection. There's no need for a computer, and all you need is to download the app on both your smartphones.

| Need help with cheap Wi Fi options for my laptop... Posted: 05 Mar 2014 06:34 PM PST Guys, I have a question. I need to be able to get online on my laptop from different locations and I was wondering what's the cheapest solution as I'm always kinda broke? If there are options as to the amount of traffic you're allowed, I can go lower as I don't necessarily have to download stuff on youtube and so on. I mainly need it for work. I actually have this stuff built in, in the laptop but it has to be verizon and I hate those bastards so maybe something else with a usb dongle or something? I'm close to Charlotte, NC by the way. Thanks George |
