pre-loaded files on SD card

I own a Blackberry Bold. I have a micro SD card (from my Music Angel) with approx. 300 music tracks on it. Can I insert this into the cell phone and play music over my phone ?

I'm aware the SD card is for additional memory, but was curious if this would work -?-
