Docommo - the number you dialed is incorrect Posted: 28 Dec 2014 09:52 AM PST I am trying to call a friend who has docommo connection. I am able to hear ring for few seconds then the call is being diverted and at last I am hearing number incorrect message. Does that mean he blocked my number?
