T-Mobile lying about online chat

Posted: 22 Aug 2011 04:31 PM PDT

In June I was on the T-Mobile web site asking about when my contract was up which the online chat person told me was in the beginning of July and also looking about phone deals offered to new customers, the answer to that question was no that they couldn't do that, I was online with the chat service several times. In July I went to ATT, now they are trying to charge me a early termination fee because there saying it was up in the middle of August and they can't seem to find any record of the online chat, so to all, T-Mobile are nothing but liars and cheats so be very careful using there online chat service and run away from there phone service.

is this grounds for breaking my contract with no etf

Posted: 22 Aug 2011 02:21 PM PDT

I am looking to go to sprint and I was woundering is this an adverse clause enough to break my att with out paying the etf?

Need volume control for mono corded cell headset 2.5mm (can adapt if 3.5mm).

Posted: 19 Aug 2011 11:50 AM PDT

Need volume control for mono corded cell headset 2.5mm (can adapt if 3.5mm).

I have an over-the-head single ear headset with boom type mic for a cordless home phone handset (does not matter if cell or home). Phone uses a 2.5mm adapter. It is mono (one ear) and has a built-in mic (boom).

Earpiece volume is much too loud even if I lower headset volume on the phone itself.

I bought a Plantronics headset that had built-in volume control (and mic mute) and while the headset volume control worked in decreasing the volume enough, the mic was inferior and people had trouble hearing me.

So at this point I would like (and cannot find) an adapter to lower the headset (ear) volume instead of my stuffing cotton and some duct tape over the shell of the single earpiece.

I do not feel like building one.

Thanks
Peter
