| T-Mobile lying about online chat Posted: 22 Aug 2011 04:31 PM PDT In June I was on the T-Mobile web site asking about when my contract was up which the online chat person told me was in the beginning of July and also looking about phone deals offered to new customers, the answer to that question was no that they couldn't do that, I was online with the chat service several times. In July I went to ATT, now they are trying to charge me a early termination fee because there saying it was up in the middle of August and they can't seem to find any record of the online chat, so to all, T-Mobile are nothing but liars and cheats so be very careful using there online chat service and run away from there phone service.
