| Posted: 11 Apr 2011 10:08 AM PDT hi, im new to this site & forum. i was searching google for troubleshooting and came across this forum. I have a phone that i've got water damage twice upon, and now it shuts off if you bump it a certain way. is this because i have a bad battery? if i keep it on the charger, and take the battery off, the phone never shuts off, no matter what i do. please help me :)
