| Posted: 20 Apr 2011 10:03 AM PDT Please help me as I'm new to cell phones. I'm looking for my first cell phone, so I need help finding a new phone and network. I'm looking for a low radiation phone (price doesn't matter) and the cheapest plan. 0.75 SAR is the most I'm willing to use, but I'd prefer under 0.4 SAR. I need 1000 minutes/month, and I don't believe in paying more than $30/mo. If I pay per minute, that minute is worth up to 6 cents to me. I'm ok with unlocking as long as it works and doesn't get relocked. I'm not picky about phone type, size, or features. Thanks, Mike Edit: Location is Tomball, TX 77375
