| News: Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS photos pops up on the web Posted: 12 Aug 2011 03:01 AM PDT  For those wondering and waiting for the newest Android OS to come out, RootzWiki and Android Police managed to show the upcoming Android Ice Cream Sandwich on their sites. The handset shown to be running the Ice Cream Sandwich is the Google Nexus S with a blue colored screen. Some of the improvements and changes include a panorama mode camera, and improved notification bar, an application drawer, new launcher and Gmail app that has been redesigned. | What cell phone is right for me? (need help asap) Posted: 11 Aug 2011 04:55 PM PDT I am getting a new phone tonight. I've been planning on getting the Palm Pixi Plus, but after more research, apparently the camera is bad and the phone is very laggy. I'm not sure if there's anything better for me out there, so I'm looking to the people who know phones better than me to help me out. (Also was wondering if anyone knows if you use Palm Pixi Plus, does it require a data plan?) What I want: good camera (don't have my own digital one) qwerty keyboard INEXPENSIVE verizon does not require data plan Text-messaging oriented Does not want: I'm not big on 100% touchscreen phones cannot be expensive PS - one reason why I also was really attracted to the Palm Pixi Plus is the free 3G Mobile Hotspot. any other phones that have that would be a huge plus. thank you in advance!!
