| Buy: MYSAGA M2 Android 4.2 5.0 Inch Smartphone Review Posted: 27 Dec 2013 12:46 AM PST MySaga M2 is a quad core handset powered by MT6589T processor running android Jelly bean OS with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage. This handset comes with 5 inch IPS touch screen with full HD resolution. MYSAGA M2 MTK6589T*1.5GHz Quad Core Android 4.2 5.0 Inch FHD 1920*1080 IPS Smartphone with Dual Camera(Front 8MP,Rear 13MP),Dual SIM Dual Standby Dual Mode online - coolicool.com The MySaga M2 weighs 147 grams with battery. The length is 140.01mm, thickness is 9.10mm and breadth is 70.87mm. The rear side is black color with matte finish, comfortable to hold and gives a premium feel (Very good build quality and finishing). The front side (body/touchscreen) is black color that gives it an elegant look when the handset is switched off the touch buttons are hardly visible, unless they lighten up. It is a dual SIM handset with dual standby mode. There is a micro SD card slot that can house an external card of up to 64GB capacity. The IPS screen is 5 inches and comes with a factory fitted screen guard. The screen resolution is FHD (1920×1080 pixels) with 16M colors. No issues with the touch, it's smooth and responsive. Color reproduction and viewing angles are very good. There are Accelerometer, light, proximity, gyro and magnetic sensors. This handset runs on Android 4.2.1. MySaga M2 comes with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage. On first boot free RAM is 466 MB, 3.89 GB free internal storage for apps and available phone storage is 9.78GB. OTG is not supported. The M2 comes powered by MT6589T MediaTek quad core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU. The performance is good and smooth. Because of high screen resolution the FPS is low. Benchmark scores Quadrant Benchmark : 4747. Antutu Benchmark : 15546. Vellamo Benchmark : HTML5 1577, Metal 597. Nenamark2 : 34.0fps. Epic Citadel : 44.6fps (High Performance mode) and 14.6fps (Ultra High Quality mode). Multi Touch : 5 point Multi Touch. The still images long shot are okay, close-ups are good, video quality in full HD resolution is better. The rear camera is with LED support, it can record videos in 1080p resolution. The handset can easily play full HD videos (1080p) in hardware or software mode. I tried Dead Trigger game in high graphics mode along with Asphalt 7 and Modern Combat 4. All of the games worked well. The game play was smooth but with mild lag. If you install the games on internal storage the performance will be even better. Loudspeaker sound is very loud and clear. In call sound is loud and clear. The earphone that came with the handset doesn't seem to fit well, it's loose and you get mono output. I tried Samsung earphone and the results were the same. I then tried a Nokia earphone that worked pretty well, sound experience via Nokia earphone was really good. I did not find any issues with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. GPS also worked pretty well, got the first lock within 35 seconds. On a full charge the battery should easily last for over a day with moderate usage. I played few high end games for 23 minutes and battery level dropped to 10%, temperature rose to 37 degree. It is a good buy considering the specs and performance, you can find it from coolicool with freeshipping: MYSAGA M2: MYSAGA M2 MTK6589T*1.5GHz Quad Core Android 4.2 5.0 Inch FHD 1920*1080 IPS Smartphone with Dual Camera(Front 8MP,Rear 13MP),Dual SIM Dual Standby Dual Mode online - coolicool.com MYSAGA M1: MYSAGA M1 MTK6589*1.2GHz Quad Core Android 4.2 4.5 Inch HD IPS Smartphone with Dual SIM Dual Standby Dual Mode online - coolicool.com |
