Posted: 30 Mar 2011 11:45 AM PDT Hello, I am posting because I have just had a rather remarkably disgusting encounter with Tracfone customer service, and I will no longer be giving them any more of my money :flamemad: My question is: Is there a cell phone service provider that actually has a legitimate customer service department?

I am planning to buy an HTC HD7 (Tmobile) and I was just wondering if I need to buy a data plan for it. I do not wish to purchase one, I am only using it for SMS, Calling and Music. If there are better phones out there for music and sms, please let me know in this thread!! Thank you!
