Can NOT receive a call, .... Prepaid Cell-Phone

Hello:

I have Prepaid Verizon Cell-phone for the past three years and always paid before its expiring-date, mid-August and until now, everything was fine, both 'call out' and 'receive.'

However recently, I can NOT receive a call although I can call out anywhere, including my home phone.

When I pick the cell-phone after hearing two or three ringings and trying to answer the phone by pushing 'send,' the cell-phone immediately cutting off. Then, I can not answer to any phone-calls at all.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to use SD storage, insufficent memory in 'phone memory, SD is unused?
