| Pantech Renue USB Driver? Posted: 15 Oct 2013 02:36 PM PDT I plugged in my Pantech Revenue 6030 with the charger to my Windows Dell laptop so I can transfer pictures from my phone to the laptop, but I can't? My laptop would detect the new hardware connected but it says that it can't find the USB driver software for my Pantech USB Driver. And in the end it recommends that I go to the Support of the website (pantechusa site) which I did, and downloaded the PC Suite Pantech Software, which I did. Then I plugged my Pantech in again, but it still can't find it. And the Pantech Software could not detect my phone either. What other options can I do? |
